Hi! I'm looking to sell a house I've been renting (the tenant isn't renewing) and am wondering if anyone has advice to share regarding FSBO selling methods. I've done some research and will probably use an attorney for all the paperwork and maybe pay a site to list the house on the MLS. Is there anything else I'm missing here? Are there any good sites you've used to pay a flat rate to get on the MLS? I just don't see the point in paying 6% or more in agent fees when this place (a nice starter home) will almost certainly be in demand and I know what a fair price is. I need to be certain I'm not doing anything stupid though, since this is a big financial transaction. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
