Occupancy Issue!
Post Body

So currently active duty military and looking to retire within the year. Have already found a home to purchase and the appraisal should be done this Wednesday. We have a two income house hold, she is a nurse and started her job at the beginning of this year. Looking to close in October to November time-frame. However I was not planning to move back until I retire. They want an acceptance letter from her future employer. Issue is, I was not planning on them moving back until June after school let's out. No employer will give a job acceptance letter that far out. I can only think of a couple of ways around said issue. She could get a job acceptance letter just for the paperwork to go through and back out of said job offer? Last resort would be for them to move back early and I don't really want that. I've spent enough time away from them. Any ideas on how to overcome this situation? Thanks
