Hi all.
About a year ago i inhereted a paid for 3b/2b walk-up apartment worth about 200k-210k in a complex that is less than 5 years old. I rented it out the first year but i an very interested in acquiring another similar property.
I have read the book: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat, but Iām having trouble figuring out the math on this whole situation.
If you were in my shoes and are looking to buy rental property and create a portfolio of real estate, is there any way i can use the property that i now own (debt free) to buy another property? What should i be looking for?
