Recently I was determined to be disabled and no longer able to work. I am currently working with a lawyer to get Diability but we all know that will take time.
In the meantime my husband just signed a contact with Swift Trucking last week and will be bringing in some steady money soon.
That being said, due to circumstances we could not prevent when we were younger, our DTI is a bit high and our credit is not stellar.
We know about FHA and USDA, but we have no savings for FHA is out and we haven’t been able to find a USDA lender who will work with anything under a 600 score. (My credit is better, but since they use the lower score and I’m bringing in no income it doesn’t matter.)
Our rent is already hard to pay and in 5 months we won’t be able to renew. Given everything we need to try to get into a home but we need help figuring out what-if any- our options really are.
*we’ve looked at NACA but the turn around time just won’t work.
