Post Body

Supposed to settle in 2 weeks, Supposedly now seller is verifying if their is a will. (1 of 5 kids in an trust) 1 of the kids died,

Supposedly two kids were to inherit 25 percent then the other 3 16.6

One of the two 25ers died. First they told us he's in a different state and estranged. Then they tell us how it may go into probate. Here it's a set up trust and one kid died, does it still go into probate ?

Seems ridiculous ... if they can't settle in time because of his death. what are our rights as a buyer ? We put up 10k Ernest and two weeks from settling, we want the house. We already agreed initially to wait additional days to settle now this
