So we are closing on a home in about a month. (Should be) A trust containing 5 kids. 2 of them 25 percent. One of those kids died after signing for sale.
Now we need his signature and supposedly he's estranged with 3 kids.
What do we do? Are we just stuck waiting ? We obviously have a binding contract, we agreed to allow them additional closing days and now this
Our attorney said they weren't sure and apparently everyone feels like lost cause bail. We spent the 500 and we're approved on a loan on the home and we're roughly 3 weeks into settlement
