Your Marquis and Mandelin results indicate the presence of 2C-B, and do not indicate the presence of amphetamine.
If amphetamine were present, the darker reddish orange amphetamine reaction would have shown up in your Marquis result. Mandelin would not be effective in spotting amphetamine contamination in 2C-B.
DanceSafe recently released an update explaining that, rather than having one single consistent reaction, reagents have a range of consistent reactions to certain substances like 2C-B. Your Mandelin result fits just fine within the 2C-B range shown in that update.
