We discovered the data is actually off because no armor does more damage than wearing armor. The or's are most likely no armor vs heavy armor testing which we discovered and killed our will to retest.

Also we tested SA-58 before recording written data. It was about (exactly the same?) as mp5

No armor shooting into heavy armor 4 shots.
Light armor shooting into Heavy 5 shots.
Heavy armor shooting Heavy 5 shots.
non lethal npc seems to have less health than the enemies in mission. I think NPC's all have different health values.
mp5 & 5.56 1 shot to legs.
.300 blackout, 9mm handgun & SA-58 2 shots to legs
