Anyone else having issues with Flash and Gas grenades?

I've had way too many instances where I've thrown either grenades (whether grenades or 320 round). Have watched them explode at their feet or see them standing in the center of the Gas cloud and they are completely un-phased by the effects of either grenades. Anyone else been experiencing this? Happens both when I play solo with A.I. or with friends. It's insanely infuriating.
