Im an OTR Trucker, Im out on the road for 6 days, and home for 3. With this schedule my home days rotate every week so Im never home the same day twice in a row. I would like to find a meal kit service that allows me to change my delivery day on a week to week basis (or one that can deliver a full months meals at one time on a specific date that I can change month to month.)

Ive been curious about meal kits for awhile, I love cooking and am a damn good cook but with my time being as limited as it is Ive had enough prepping, shopping, cleaning, and cooking. It's taking too much of my time. Im single, and live far from family so I don't have anyone who can help with meal prepping. Eating on the road at restaurants every day has gotten extremely expensive, $30-$50 a meal just for me :'( So Im thinking meal kits will be the way to go.

Oh I only can use ones that have microwaveable meals, as that's the only cooking utility I'll have available to me.
