I am new to the whole research chemical scene but with the powder I don’t understand. Like how much to use or how you ingest it.

Volumetric dosing. Research it. Never consume powder benzodiazepines. Your scale can not accurately weigh amounts that small and that will likely lead to you taking way too much and blacking out.
