Good evening,
I am expecting an internal offer for a promo going from P3 to P4. My salary is currently slightly above the 50% mark for P3.
Does anyone have any experience dealing with negotiating for internal promo? I will be staying in the same location and business (RMD).
I assume the worst case is if you try to negotiate a higher promo raise the worst they can do is say “No” but they won’t retract the job offer if it’s done professionally.
