Post Body
I need some advice. Ive put in almost 30 applications within the past 4 months to different locations and have only had luck receiving an interview one time. Ive heard stories of people putting in 70 before they get in. What exactly is it that seems to make it so notoriously difficult to get in there. Should I try to get a bunch of references from the people in the union? Can anyone give me any pointers?
