[21M] Where do I stand objectively and how could I improve?

So I’m 5’7 and I know I’m short but I’m pretty athletic and strong and aside from superficial qualities I’m a pretty gentle and emotional dude and I’m a musician, so not sure if having 10 years experience on the guitar wins me any points or not but worth the mention hehe🙃
side note: I know the piercings won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but aside from removing them I’m open to constructive criticism of course :)
