I don’t see this sorta thing talked about too often, anywhere, ever. posting this comes from all kinds of places- seeking validation, showing off a kind of accomplishment, etc. but one of those reasons for post is just the desire to spark a discussion I wish I saw more of, one that favors health and recognizes a common struggle. What better place to do it in a place made for body rating and comparison, I suppose :) I couldn’t keep this to myself. And now I’ll try not to cringe at myself for saying all of that. 🤮
