Is using ps plus premium to play all ratchet and clank games playable?

Unfortunately I don’t have a ps3. And my only option to play the old games is ps premium and you can only stream them. Is it non laggy and playable? Thanks

I have good Internet but I'd say no. Was fine for a few days then became completely unplayable and got kicked off.
Side note planning to upgrade Internet soon once the new lines are down.
Hopefully will be worth it then

I was playing thr third managed to complete it but wanted to do everything now it's near impossible
