philodendron atabapoense care tips?
Post Body

I took the plunge and made my first ā€œrareā€ plant purchase. I got a started high color pink princess philodendron which Iā€™m pretty confident on caring for and can find lots of info online. I also got a rooted (in sphagum moss) two leaf cutting of a philodendron atabapoense, which Iā€™m really excited about but I canā€™t find much info.

I use the ā€œblossomā€ app to manage reminders for water, feeding, pest control (i have started adding imidacloprid based granules every 8 weeks), repot, etc. However they donā€™t have the atabapoense in their database so Iā€™m planning on just using a generic philodendron profile to start with and then adjusting it for the specifics.

For starters, when I receive the cutting can I pot it right away or should I wait until itā€™s essentially ā€œroot boundā€ in the cup itā€™s coming in? What medium should I use and should I reserve itā€™s current moss or provide fresh pre-soaked moss?

Also will the care overall be pretty much the same as any other philodendron (i.e the ppp) or are there any adjustments to make to feed, water, humidity, light, tight soil vs roomy/airy etc. to encourage the long leaves? I have heard philodendron are pretty easy going in general but wanted to source for advice.
