I want to ask if it would be okay to make a group chat with my bosses to just let them all know at the same time everything that’s going on. will they take it as blatant pettiness?

a lil backstory I have 3 bosses. let’s call them alvin, simon and theodore. theodore his head huncho but doesn’t say much. no complaints, no comments pretty behind the scenes guy. alvin is always on my ass about the smallest things and he’s a pussy bitch however he speaks of me highly in the workplace and gives me more opportunities to go up in the company (probably why he’s hard on me but that not why i’m here). then there’s simon. simon is just there. i’m not sure why simon is there either.

Anyways I got written up today due to tardiness. You know what said tardiness was when they showed me my clock ins? 4:01, 4:03, 4:00:57, 4:02, 4:01 etc. I start my shift at 4 and i’ve never been more than 4 minutes. Annoying but guess i’ll have to do better. Alvin told me to text him or the other managers when i’m running late but why would i text you “i’m going to be 1minute late” or hey i’on my way now. AND i don’t know which manager is working until i get there if i text Simon when he’s off Alvin and/or theodore won’t know whats going there’s a lot of room for miscommunication and possibly won’t know until i arrive 45 seconds later.
