Every FUCKING time i try to get stuff off my chest and talk about things that actually matter and need desperate attention someone MIGHT listen, if they dont interject or even let me talk at all, without patronizing me or giving me a "you're just a kid you dont know how shit works" smirk or just being deaf ears in general.

Is there anyone or anywhere i can at least vent to get shit off my chest and actually feel heard instead of just looking like a complainy ass kid? I've worked here for 2 and a third years now and yes i am only 23 and a low level position but i am a fucking adult who has bills to pay and my performance and mood at work affect every partnof my mental health and sometimes my life: and no one at this forsaken company seems to give two flying shits because "oh hurr durr the agricultural market we are in right now is very unstable and we're just barely breaking even enough to pay you" THEN YOU SHOULDNT HAVE SPENT MILLIONS TO BUY AND BUILD A NEW FACILITY WHEN IT WONT BE MAKING ANY PROFIT FOR THE NEXT TEN YEARS!!!!! Fffffff i hate these stingy amish assholes
