My coworker is giving me anxiety and nightmares.
Post Body

I’ve been working with them since the beginning of the year. I’d say they’re nice person overall. However, they’re not the best at their job. They had been working on this since last year and didn’t get much done. They come until 11 AM and leave at 5 PM. Basically last to arrive and first one to leave. Not to mention her 1.5 hrs long lunch in between and her 30 mins walk to get coffee after arriving. The reasons why this project is taking so long is because they put no effort or time to it. Every day is a constant discussion/argument on how to do things. I’d say that if the arguments were helpful to the task, then I would be fine. But they have time after time proven they’re incapable of understanding the simplest facts or principles of what we do. Yet, they get angry when I voice my frustration more and more recently. I’ve been having nightmares about work in this project because of them. I dread going into work everyday. It may sound like I’m an asshole, but everyone else around us agrees with what I’ve been saying. I try to keep being patient and understand, but my patience is starting to run out.
