Need Advice: 2013 RR Sport, 100k on odo

Hello folks I am considering buying a 2013 RR Sport, autobiography that has 100k kms on its odometer. It’s manufactured in Nov 2012, V8 gasoline model. It has been with a single owner and has been kept in a good condition. All services so far done from showroom owned service station. The vehicle looks clean to me.

Wanted to get opinion of the experts here on the following: 1. What should be the appropriate price? 2. Should I consider it buying? 3. Red flags or things I should we aware of?

Note: This is my first RR. I live in Vancouver, Canada.
