Sorry for the confusion, it seems we still have some bugs in handling posts in Texas. The tag was exactly correct, but wasn't being picked up due to a bug; I think I understand what's causing this case to fail, so will fix that shortly.
I've corrected the flair for this post in the meantime, though it may take half an hour or more for the updated flair to actually get displayed.
The "Ukraine" bug should have been fixed already, but let us know by messaging the mods if you're seeing anything else misbehave.
