My account was frozen I moved from Texas w/o notifying them so when I tried to use it they froze my account tried to clear it up over the phone but they wanted me to come to a branch which the closest chase bank to me is over 2 hrs away and with no cash for gas I'm stuck waiting. Thank you jw...
