First, I want to thank everyone for their kind words and well wishes. Unfortunately, I'm still sick and really feeling out of it. So, I'm going to have this be the last day of Kymas.

So often it's easy to get bogged down with life. With negativity and intrusive thoughts. Getting down on ourselves with the shoulda, woulda, coulda's.
Instead, I want you to stop. Really think about what makes you splendiferous? What is something good in your life? What are you grateful for. Tell me something positive!!! Then, go celebrate others in the contest.
