Stressed? Overwhelmed? Chaotic? Anxious?
You mission for this contest, should you choose to accept it...is to tell me how you de-stress. Do you meditate? Yoga? Journal? Exercise? Comment on what you do to help unwind and unleash the stress. Then talk to others in the contest.
I will be gifting items that are in direct relation to self-care/de-stressing.
