My brother (17) just started a college course in IT and he's having a hard time. There's a lot of new things and he's expected to move on from one thing straight to the other. Anxiety runs in our family and he's very stressed out.
I don't live with him at my dad's anymore but I do want to do something to help him or show him I care.
Give me all your ideas to help with stress or something I could give him to relax!
