I am eating under 1200 calories, very little sugar/carbs, and I am not losing weight! I really have no appetite at all. I plan on walking on my treadmill as soon as I get the standing desk together so I can go on the laptop while walking for an hour or so.
This contest is for you to give me some weight loss advice. The contest is going to run a bit long because I want to see if any tips work.
Please give me your best weight loss advice. As mentioned, I am eating low carb/low sugar and trying to stay under 1200. I know weight can stay on when you try to diet too severely, but I am not hungry and yet still gaining weight.
Please give as much detail as you can. I have a treadmill but right now I can only walk fast, not run. I have a wonky thyroid. I need to start exercising again this week. I eat a lot of protein.
