For this contest, Just guess what I’m having for dinner. Whoever guesses closest wins!
Some clues: I’m planning to cook something fairly simple/quick, but it’s Friday night, so there’s a slight chance I’ll change my mind and get take out. Although my user name is Eatyrvegs, I do eat more than just vegetables. 😊 I’m vegetarian, but I do sometimes cook meat for my omnivore family or make a meal two ways- with and without meat.
