I made the very extremely difficult decision to decline an offer for an assistant director position I was given. The salary was going to be lower than what I’m making this year with my stipend. It was an exciting opportunity with a great title change, but they were unwilling to negotiate and it just did not fit my future path. I know it’s for the best, but it still sucks because I was pretty invested in the possibility and now I’m feeling a little meh. Any way, I need some positivity and gifting helps!
