Every year on a certain day you travel around the sun exactly once. Today happens to be that day for me and some other wonderful people here! So I’m hosting a contest about something very dear to my heart!

Believe it or not I am an avid environmentalist! And when my husband asked what I wanted to do for my birthday I told him I wanted to clean up a beach. So that’s what we’re going to do! Today if you choose to enter I would like you too, to leave a place better than you found it. To enter this challenge you must find at least one piece of litter outside that is not your own pick it up and put it in the trash. Also please for the love of all that is good in the world don’t litter... My prize is going to be a little bigger ($20ish) this week so I’m going to be a little more demanding:

1. Open world wide but non-US/Canada please have a gift card on your list

2. Post a photo of the garbage you cleaned up.

3. If you’re in the US/Canada look up “Spotted Lantern Fly” know what they look like, so you know if you see one you have to squish them. They’re killing thousands of trees here and will most likely be everywhere in the next 5 years.

4.Tag 2 friends to join the challenge. Don’t know someone? Use the random generator and blame it on me.

   1. As always, pat your pets, compliment your plants, and if you have neither consider getting one. (Seriously, that cactus at the store is named Gladis and she needs you)😂
