Hello everyone! I'm Kes, and although I've been a member of this sub for a while now, I've sat in the back and watched as you all pour a lot of positive vibes out into the world. I figured it was time to add some of my own! And since making others happy makes ME happy, I wanted to do a little contest with my intro.
As I'm sure it is with a lot of people, this pandemic has beaten my mental health into the ground. However, I'm really trying to pick up the pieces and get back to who I know I can be. I'm a huge fantasy/sci-fi/gaming geek, so I decided to join a tabletop gaming group. I'm very proud of myself because anxiety is... well, it's something. That's already a difficult thing for me to express, and I know that we don't always give ourselves enough credit... so I want to encourage others, too. Tell me something that you've done (recently or not) that you're proud of yourself for doing.
