So, in honor of my first sort of vacation in forever out to GenCon in Indianapolis next month for a buddy’s bachelor party, I want to bring the joy of gaming to someone else. If you’re not familiar, GenCon is the biggest board game convention in the US, and second in the world only to Essen in Germany (which is the size of like 7 GenCons, is absolutely insane, and is on my bucket list). I got to go out to it like 5 years ago with my same buddy who’s getting married and we had an absolute blast. 4 days of just day and night board games, competitions, demos, lectures, podcasts, live plays, and more. I cannot freakin wait. It’s gonna be so good to go away for a couple days after feeling like I’ve been working nonstop and just having a string of bad luck the last couple months. But, I’m staying positive and hopefully have some things on the horizon that are gonna turn it all around.

So, tell me your favorite game as a kid growing up and your favorite experience gaming ever. It could be just a game you’ve really liked, the funniest time you had with friends, a time where gaming helped you out of a rut, or whatever you want it to be, so long as it’s gaming related or at least gaming adjacent.
