I had a bad day at work today, I was verbally assaulted by a coworker. I am taking it to labour relations but thought this gratitude practice from a few days ago was so good for today.
Gratefulness Practice
Walk with care: Take a walk at least once a week that is dedicated to practicing gratitude. Walk slowly and mindfully, noticing as much as you can. Express gratitude for all you encounter on your path that fills you with delight and curiosity. Try expressing your thanks aloud. You might even gently touch or offer a small bow to that which you appreciate. Notice how these different forms of expression change your experience.
