Update: I went to urgent Care yesterday as I just don't seem to be getting any better. They think it's just a tummy bug but they gave me something to help with nausea and hopefully I can stop vomitting. I was able to eat some soup today which was nice. It will likely be a few more days before I am feeling better. Thank you so much for all your posts and I have been browsing through when not sleeping.

Oh man, I'll spare you the details but I haven't been this sick in 10 years. Ive either been camped out in the bathroom or laying in bed dying for two days. When I'm not sleeping I need some entertainment, Ive started to see the same tiktok videos come up in my feed!
