I want to share my friend's novel and get them a few more readers after they've worked really hard on this novel. Here's the descriptor of the novel: Calanthe leaves her home in a bid for freedom. Fleeing a life of safety and security, she travels to a frontier continent, still largely unexplored, in hopes of finding something better. She finds magic and mystery, but no freedom. It is a land so magic and monstrous that most of the population huddle inside massive, fortified cities for safety. Only a few dare leave the cities to brave the wilderness and hunt monsters.

Whoever answers these in the way that most shows you read this and writes in a way that entertains or persuades me wins. The questions are as follows:

1. What is hepium and what exactly does it do?
2. Why does Anodos take Calanthe into the wilds?
3. Who are the people on Calanthe's Tower team and what is the nature of their relationships with one another?
