So for this contest, take something from your Wishlist for around $10 or under, and Monsterize it. Do that however you see fit, but I want you to take something you want and make it in to a creature, a beasty, an abomination, a behemoth, make it in to some horror from the depths of the blackest nightmares! (Or make it in to a silly ass goofball monster reject, those need love too!) The caveat is that I’m going to gift the winner their winning monster-fied item, so pick something you want and go for broke!

You don’t have to show a clean version of the original, I’m sure I’ll be able to figure out what it is (unless you completely cover it, then show your work so I know you’re not cheating!)

I’m giving this contest a week to let the creative juices flow, so you have until next Saturday the 19th at midnight EST (it’s about 7:45 PM as I’m posting this for reference).

Rules:

1. Take one image of an item from your wishlist and turn it in to a monstrous version of its former self.
2. Try and make the item around $10ish dollars.
3. If you’re international, I won’t be able to gift you the item but I can send you a gift card if you’re the chosen winner so feel free to enter all the same.
4. Don’t post your wishlist, I’ll contact the winner to get it once the contest is over and I’ve chosen someone.
5. Don’t be a set of genitals.
6. Have fun! Feel free to summon your friends who you think would slay this contest!
7. Ends Saturday, June 19th at Midnight EST.

(If you’re having trouble figuring out how to draw on your item, this is how I go about it via iPhone at least - if you bring the item up on Amazon and click on the product images, you can then screen shot the item. If you then bring it up in your photo album, and click on the image, go to edit, and then click the three little dots in the upper right corner there should be an option for “Markup”, this will allow you to draw on the image. There’re also tons of free image editing apps out there, so go nuts!)
