So I'm turning 36 on August 16th and I want to hear about your favorite birthday. Normally, I do things that are really fun on my birthday, but I can't get up to my usual shenanigans (read: travel) because of COVID, so I decided to have some fun in other ways. On my birthday, I'm going to hike a waterfall trail nearby and I'm pretty stoked about that, but I'm still looking for other things to occupy my day, so hit me with your best recommendations.

3. Tell me about your favorite birthday. What happened to make it your favorite? (For me, it was the year I turned 30. I tended bar that night and made enough money to gift myself a solo trip to Salem, MA, for Halloween that year. My second favorite birthday was the year I turned 31. I turned off my phone and drove to Pensacola, FL, and I hid out on the beach in radio silence for two days straight and it was incredible.)
