As I've been prepping for the new baby (sterilizing bottles, installing car seats, organizing, etc) I realized the only thing I haven't given much thought to is make-ahead freezer meals for the first difficult weeks. I've seen this suggested, but I've never done it.
In my experience, I feel that it would be difficult to store said meals and also won't they not taste so great after being frozen?
Help me brainstorm and suggest or link me to some successful freezer meals! It will be me, my toddler, and my husband eating the meals.
