It can be long or short, poetic or prosaic, fiction or non-fiction, but it must be your own work. (Please don’t steal stories written by someone else somewhere else and try to post them here and claim credit for them. That’s plagiarism and as a college professor, it is something that truly bothers me when I see it.)
