Hey guys. I used to frequent this sub about 8-12 months ago, but life got crazy this year, and I kind of dipped out of all socializing and internet-ing for the last few months.

I'm a 27-year-old freelance writer and editor, occasional poet, and full-time wine lover. I have an adorable cat who is 14.5, but unfortunately she is going into month 10 of pancreatic cancer, and not expected to last much longer.

After a year of upheaval, I decided to make a change in my life and do something I've wanted to do for a while. I'm a big fan of travel and I want to see all that I can - so I purchased a van, am in the process of upfitting it, and will spend the next couple years living the #vanlife. I'm super excited about the prospects, super excited to get on the road, and just ready to see all the world can show me. If you have any suggestions for must-see places in the US, please let me know.
