I'm stuck at work just like any other Wednesday but I'm getting a bit restless and stir crazy so I wanna talk about exercise! What's your favourite way to keep moving that others don't generally think of?
Like for example, I love running, hiking, and the gym and all but when I really feel like shaking things up I like roller and ice skating, belly dancing, and playing "extreme" versions of normally low-effort yard/party sports (imagine combining cornhole with a rule that says every time the other team scores, you need to bust out dancing for 30 seconds??? yeah that's fun)
So what do y'all like to do to get moving?
