I've always been interested in superstitions and labellerebelle's contest "For the love of elephants" reminded me of one of my favorites, so...

• Contest Title: ¡Tres elefantes!
• Rules: Add a small elephant figurine to your wishlist and post a link to it here. It can be any sort of elephant, but it has to be a figurine/tiny statuette of some sort.
• Ending Date: April 5, 2013, 12:00PM Mountain Time (~a week from now)
• How the winner will be chosen: One winner will be randomly chosen via redditraffle.

The superstition: Every home should have three elephants (tres elefantes), for good luck. The thing is, they have to be acquired in a particular way - uno comprado, uno regalado, y uno robado. One bought, one received as a gift, and one stolen. I don't remember where I first heard of this, but there is a short anecdote about it here.

I figured, RAOA would be a great place for us to take care of at least one of the three lucky elephants, so I made this contest. :)
