All week at work we have been doing training exercises for the new hires or as we like to call them (and HR frowns upon) “the red shirts”.

I run a pretty tight ship in my department so hands on training with me is a necessity, even though I loathe it. So to lighten things up at the end of the week I will incorporate a fun/ridiculous activity.

So yesterday I told them to write an instruction manual on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 🥪. Sounds simple,right? They had 1 hour to finish the manual and bring it to the conference room. They had no idea that my boss was going to be there much less use everyone’s manual. Without giving to much away it was absolute chaos and the most hilarious thing I’ve seen in ages. I will say that none of them said to open the peanut butter or jelly lid in their instructions 🤣

Okay enough blabbing! I want y’all to give me instructions on how to make a pb&j sandwich 🥪. Please go into great detail. Think of me as an alien from another galaxy and you are teaching me how to make this yummy treat.
