I’m not talking about sewage or dirty diapers. I’m talking about the smells that remind you of someone or someplace. Is there a certain scent that instantly transports you back to a certain place or time? Or has you reminiscing about someone?

For instance. When I smell diesel I immediately think of my Daddy. I love the smell of diesel. He was an over the road truck driver and when he would come home after being gone for days or weeks, we would give him a hug and he always smelled of it.

Or anytime I smell burnt toast it takes me back to the first house I lived in and my roommate always burning the damn toast 🤣

So I want to hear about your smells.
