▪︎ Challenge: Eat what you want (IF SAFE TO DO SO - PLEASE DON'T EAT ANYTHING YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO ETC).
▪︎ Question: If you had to pick one meal to eat for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
🌻 "Make A Book" Day 🌻
▪︎ Challenge: Make a book. Tell us about it.
▪︎ Question: Have you ever made books as a child? What were they about?
🌻 National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day 🌻
▪︎ Challenge: Make a "self soothing" box with your child(ren). Add a letter they can read from you. A toy they like or something soft if they're a teen. Write a list of things they can do to soothe themselves (smell their favourite smell, eat favourite snack, chat to a loved one etc.). I suggest coming up with a crisis plan together, too. Even if your kid doesn't struggle with mental health issues, every single person goes through severely distressing situations. It's good to have this ready.
