I had a rough teaching day today, which comes with the territory. It wasn’t unexpected, but it was frustrating. To pick myself up, I’m practicing some self-care. Now, here’s where you come in.

If you’re in education, you know how difficult that teacher life can be. It’s hard to remember to take time for self-care, so, for all of you educators out there, let’s focus on self-care.
