If you think about it we have barely scratched the surface of our planets history, we honestly are just guessing at what happened when and why beyond written and tracked history. It makes me wonder has this all happened before, the phrase history repeats itself comes to mind when I think about what we have accomplished and what we do with our intelligence. We have become so advanced in such a short period of time it baffles me to think this of the possibility that this hasnt happened before.. It could have led to our demise even several times over the billions of years this planet has been here. Or maybe earth hasn't been out home for long at all, Venus seems to be in the chaotic state of what we could cause to our own planet and with the proper atmosphere and magnetosphere it could have once been a paradise for us.. I hope someday we understand what happened and who we really are before we destroy ourselves. It really seems like we are working in the wrong direction in alot of ways spending resources on things we really shouldn't be. Since I've been a part of this world I have watched technology rise to something extraordinary things that we couldn't even imagine as kids, some say it wasn't possible without help but I'm not so sure that's the case I think it's just history repeating itself whether it happened here or somewhere else.. Regardless I think that what happens in the next century is going to pave our future for either something extraordinary or set us back on a path of our ultimate demise.. Thoughts?
It's wild to think that if intelligent life has come and gone in cycles, we might just be living in someone elseโs forgotten history.
