No idea if his has been posted since I'm rarely here. It's absolutely crazy how quickly our bodies adapt to things, even in just a couple weeks time! Reason I thought of this. I've been going barefoot around my.place recently, and noticed how a couple of weeks ago all the weeds and tiny rocks would hurt the bottom of my feet. However, even from just a couple weeks of going barefoot outside maybe even just 5 mins a day toughens up your feet. I can walk outside without hurting my feet except.for the pointy rocks still.
TL:DR your body adapts fast, I can walk outside barefoot, whereas a couple weeks ago I couldn't
