Please help me identify this piece of furniture.

It was in a house I lived in probably 5 years ago. I'm unsure how long the owner had had it. I loved this piece of furniture, and would love to be able to buy one, but for the life of me I cannot find out what it was called or who made it. A queen size sheet covered the "bed" part of it, and it fit a person of 5'4" with a few inches at the op and bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated, my next step is to make one myself
