Does anyone else have large pores on their cheeks only? I need help!!

Hey beauties,

So lately I have been struggling with large pores on my cheeks ONLY. I have never really had an issue in the past with pores, but as I've gotten older I've started to notice it more. I currently use Mac's Fix Perfect primer which I love, but it's not really helping in the pores department. I've also used Benefit Porefessional, but that sometimes doesn't keep me matte.

Do you think it could be the way I'm applying my foundation? I use the Real Techniques sponge....maybe it's pushing my foundation into my pores? Ugh, I am desperate for some advice!!
